The pressure to address job burnout became so intense in 2019 that the World Health Organization declared burnout an occupational phenomenon in the 11th revision of the International Classification of Diseases. Your presenter, Joe Humphries, is a seasoned C-suite executive. He is also a survivor of occupational burnout. After a two-year process of digging out of a deep pit of anxiety and burnout, he now shares the healing and lessons he learned with executives and pastors that are on the brink of burnout– and those who have ‘hit the wall’ and find themselves unable to restore their energy, leadership, and productiveness.

In these sessions, Joe will share the warning signs we often miss, how to avoid them and the understanding of the burnout recovery process.
