As a little boy growing up in the projects, I used to sit on the steps outside my apartment and dream of a brighter future…

I’ve come a long way since then. Now, I help individuals & organizations become more resilient, stress-resistant, & profitable. I am a senior-level executive specializing in crisis management & turnarounds of distressed companies. Being an engaged, effective leader has allowed me to galvanize organizations around a common purpose while driving profitable business growth & sustainable change.

After 32 years, I’ve departed corporate America to share my story of hope, healing, & encouragement. My passion to inspire people comes from growing up in public housing with the dream that one day I could escape. Working hard, staying the course, & God’s undeserved favor — each have propelled me from the “projects to the boardroom,” leading companies all over the world and transforming them into highly profitable corporations.

I look forward to sharing my real-life experiences & the principles of my pathway from poverty to redemption to help you on your journey.

About Joe

Joe has over 20 years of corporate C-suite leadership, specializing in crisis management & turnaround of distressed companies. He has gained a wealth of knowledge and wisdom to offer pastors and senior executives. His experience as a church elder, deacon, and ministry leader, coupled with his corporate leadership background have uniquely gifted him to minister to the unique challenges of pastors.

He has successfully led corporations through seasons of significant disruption, change, crisis, conflict, and cultural transformation. The results of Joe’s work have been measured in hundreds of millions of dollars in operational improvements.

Joe is also a survivor of occupational burnout. After a two-year process of digging out of a deep pit of anxiety and burnout, he now shares the healing and lessons he learned with pastors and executives that are on the brink of burnout– and those who have ‘hit the wall’ and find themselves unable to restore their energy, leadership, and productiveness.
